Mr. Thesigan Pillay is our Senior Attorney in the profession and Managing Director who is a former Judicial Officer and Public Prosecutor. He opened three practicing Law Firms Nationwide, namely in Gauteng Pretoria, Johannesburg and in Cape Town South Africa, with over 25 years of experience and extensive exposure in Law and Local Government occurrences and unwavering commitment to his work. He continues to make a monumental difference in the law field. Dedication, diligence, intrusiveness, consistency, competence and persistence is of many words to describe Mr. Pillay’s journey in law. ’25 years in the legal world is not a gentle slope but is a humbling and teaching road’ he says.

National Prosecuting Authority
As a state prosecutor Mr. Pillay was employed by the National Prosecution Authority of South Africa. During his vocation as prosecutor he was a “gate keeper of Criminal Justice and through this role he directed investigations ensured the prosecution and repression of crimes.
Judicial Officer
In addition, Mr. Pillay has presided over our courts from 2007. During this time he had to advance and uphold the role of the Judiciary in transforming the State and Society whilst recognizing the separation of powers ,the independence of the Judiciary and having a working knowledge of the Rules of Law.
Acting Chairperson of the Tshwane Municipal Planning Tribunal (MPT)
In his role as Chairperson of the MPT he gained exposure to Municipal Systems Act,Municipal Structures Act, Municipal Finance Management Act and Spatial Land Use and Management Act.
